recently finished installation and debugging a batch of imported valve
manufacturing equipment and put them into production, which includes 2 sets of
DOOSAN horizontal oblique guide rail turning center for manufacturing stem,
plug, bushing and bearing, etc.; 2
sets of HONOR vertical turning center for processing triple offset
butterfly valve, parallel slide gate valve, etc.(Rotary table size 1600mm.); 1 set
of DOOSAN horizontal manufacturing center with 6 workbench for producing triple
offset butterfly valve, gate valve and special valve, 1000mmX1250mm for each
workbench; and 2 sets of WELCUT automatic welding equipment for resurfacing
welding of triple-offset butterfly valve, gate valve and special valve. (The
maximum body size for resurfacing
welding can be DN1000、The
maximum body size for triple offset butterfly valve can be DN1600), resurfacing welding thickness
for once can be 4mm.
